JOAD archers are provided opportunities beyond the age of 18 via the NAA's College Club program. Collegiate archers compete at college meets and in the college division of open tournaments. The top ten male and top ten female shooters from the U.S. Intercollegiate Championship earn All-American status each year. These All-Americans are invited to a training camp at an Olympic Training Center each year.
